West is Dek, which is currently extreamly hostile.
Go to Stain, its currently contested space BUT ASCN dont want pirates moving in, so being a good guy im sure they will let you in and help you.
Its your best bet I would say!

South is curse, which is inhabited by a happy band of guys. And most know of your exploits by now, si you should get a warm welcome... oh and I'm serious, this ain't some weird trap.

Try and go where you think you will be least recognised, I think the stories will probably be better that way. You tell them very well, but I wonder how many people will try and gain fame or infamy knowing you are likely to write of their interactions with you.

Head to the Catch region. Particularly the KDF-GY and ZXIC systems, which have a couple of ISS outposts. ISS are a neutral alliance that is dedicated to the opening of 0.0 space to newer players and the general public, meaning you'll be able to buy and sell equipment without having to worry about docking rights and (insanely) marked up prices.
Only downside: a lack of non-player owned stations (and hence, a lack of mission agents). However, the surrounding systems are (relatively) safe to mine in as long as you keep your wits about you.
Whatever you choose, have fun!
go to curse, it's a haven for weary travellers. there are stations open to anybody, as well as agents to work under. Be careful around the agents though, they are representatives of the pirate factions Angel Cartel and Serpentis, and while they may pay well for doing their dirty work, you never know when they will deceive you and send you to your death in a gate camp.

wherever you go m8, stay out of fountain, it is a warzone, and while youre at it I wouldnt wander into delve either, dont want to run afoul of BoB
Pure Blind is not far, with an ISS outpost it could be a good place to stock up on supplies before choosing your next move.
I'd head for Stain, then Catch, then Curse.
Come to Delve. i would like to take you on a walkabout the region. Some nice sites and do a lil npc hunting. Ive also got several systems where the roids glow with a mezmorizing luster of life.
